Welcome to The Any Audio Network! By using this site, you agree to follow these guidelines to keep the community and the content here safe and respectful.

## Acceptable Use

You may use this site to upload, share, and listen to audio content as well as to socialize with other users of the website using features like realtime comments, highly customized clip display fronts and more. Please be respectful of other users and the platform as you engage in it's use by following the terms below.

## Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are not allowed on The Any Audio Network:

- **Sexual content** - This is not the place for it.
- **Harassment or abuse** - Be kind to other users be it in clips, chats or comments.
- **Private information** - Don't share others' personal details without permission
- **Spam** - Repeated uploads of the same content or excessive messaging
- **Malicious content** - Links to or manipulative instructions in clips, chats, comments or pages that lead to users downloading viruses, malware, or other harmful software/illegal content.
- **Copyright violations** - Only upload content you have the right to share

## Reporting

If you see content that violates these terms, please report it using the report feature. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

## Copyright

If you believe content on this site violates your copyright, please contact us with details. We take copyright seriously and will investigate all valid claims.

## Enforcement

Our administrators have the right to:

- Remove content that violates these terms
- Ban users temporarily or permanently
- Take any action necessary to protect the site and community

Bans can be for any duration deemed appropriate, from temporary suspensions to permanent removal.

## Disclaimer

The Any Audio Network and Sam Tupy Productions are not responsible for:

- Content uploaded by users, especially that which has gone unreported upon or which the administrators deams largely unoffensive.
- Any damages resulting from use of this site
- Loss of data or account access
- Interactions between users

You use this service at your own risk. We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we make no guarantees about uptime or data preservation.

## Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.

## Paid Upgrades

Any Audio offers optional paid features and account balance top-ups. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

- **All purchases are final.** Account balance and subscription purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- **Payment disputes.** Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank or payment provider may result in the immediate suspension of your paid features and store access pending investigation. Please contact support before initiating a dispute — we are happy to resolve issues directly.
- **Balance gifting.** When you gift account balance to another user, you are solely responsible for that transaction. The recipient is not penalized if you later file a dispute on a gifted payment. Repeated abuse of the gifting system (including gifting followed by disputes) may result in permanent restrictions on your ability to purchase or gift balance.
- **Auto-renewal.** Subscriptions renew automatically from your account balance. You may disable auto-renewal at any time from your subscription settings; the subscription remains active until the commitment period ends.
